PM framework implementation
In short-term engagements we design and implement simple, pragmatic, and actionable project management frameworks. These engagements usually involve organizations managing fewer than fifty projects per year.
We usually follow these engagements with dedicated training and/or coaching to help project managers implement the new methods, ensuring a lasting transfer of skills.
Our engagements are fully modular and tailored to each client’s context and needs. We may provide a set of recommendations, improve existing methods and tools, or build a complete project management framework from the ground up.

At the start of the engagement, we conduct an in-depth organizational assessment to map strengths, recurring pain points, and expectations across key stakeholders. We also develop targeted, actionable recommendations.
Based on this assessment, we harmonize processes throughout the entire project lifecycle, formalize roles and responsibilities, and design customized toolkits.
The resulting framework is tested and refined with the teams during a pilot phase running over several months, then consolidated into a single standard embedded in the company’s quality management system.
