E-learning development

Since 2014, we have developed several large-scale digital learning programs on project management for leading international companies. These fully customized courses comprise more than 100 multilingual videos and are designed to integrate completely into each company’s training ecosystem.

Learning paths that build a shared project culture

Our e-learning programs rapidly and at scale secure the adoption of a shared project culture and consistent practices across the organization. They combine multilingual video tutorials, interactive learning activities, and a final assessment.

For most of our clients, completing the full e-learning path is a prerequisite for participating in corporate projects or attending advanced in-person training. This ensures a consistent level of practice across the organization.

Each path includes 10 to 20 videos, available in multiple languages with optional subtitles. The content explains key project management principles while reflecting each organization’s own methodology, including its project organization, governance model, project lifecycle, documentation, and tools.

Engaging learning activities are included in various formats: fill-in-the-blank exercises, drag-and-drop interactions, clickable graphics, matching activities, and true/false questions. A final assessment at the end of the path tests learners’ understanding and confirms that the learning objectives have been met.

A proven multimedia production workflow

Drawing on extensive experience in instructional design and oversight of media production, we manage the entire process with qualified partners, through a proven four-phase workflow.

After an initial needs analysis, we systematically produce a sample video and supporting demo materials that reflect the client’s brand identity to obtain formal approval of all visual components.

We write full scripts and storyboards, create graphics, and develop the learning activities and final assessment. All materials are thoroughly reviewed and jointly approved before production begins.

Shooting takes place in a professional studio or on-site at the client’s location. An audiovisual partner with over twenty years of experience completes editing and post-production, ensuring the highest quality results.

After review and fine-tuning, we deliver the final multimedia assets. If necessary, we collaborate with client teams to develop interactive SCORM modules (e.g., in Articulate 360) and integrate them into their LMS platform (e.g., SuccessFactors).
